Your Party

For each event our friendly and professional staff will arrange to arrive between 5 and 6 hours for a pig, 2 to 3 hours for a lamb and 2 hours for a BBQ before we are due to serve, and ideally try to arrange a discreet entrance to come through or will arrange to set up before guests arrive. They will set up a Jolly Hog gazebo incase it rains, with trestle tables and table cloths to serve from along with everything else they will need to cook and serve your meal. Only the freshest produce is used from quality local butchers and bakers and your chosen package is cooked and prepared fresh on a site.

We then pack up leaving no mess!

Hog Roast

We source pigs from free range farmers and bring them to your party/event, two of our chefs then slowly cook the pig with our secret rub for 6 hours. They will then carve the pig into freshly baked floured rolls jam packed with crackling, stuffing and apple sauce, in a napkin.

Lamb Roast

Our luscious lambs are a great option for catering for a smaller party or event. The lambs are slowly cooked for 2 to 3 hours while the chefs set up the venue. They are then carved into freshly baked floured rolls stuffed full of melt-in-the-mouth lamb and mint sauce, in a napkin.

BBQ and Sausages

Our most flexible option, numbers wise, is a full bbq / sausage service, which is also a great compliment to a hog / lamb roast option. Our huge handmade sausages are served with mouth - watering caramalised onions in a freshly baked baguette and ketchup. Two experienced chefs cook and serve on our professional BBQ plate.

Festivals and Large Events

We have heaps of experience in catering at large festivals and sporting events so if you are planning a large affair ie. celebration or tournament and expecting over 500 people, or want a pay per bun event please call us direct for a quote or fill in our form on the contact page!

We love power points and access to water so please let us know if you have these. If not we can bring our own generators and gas.
