Our infamous pork & leek sausage is handmade using only the best pork, the freshest sage and juicy leeks, seasoned to perfection, with no nasties. They are truly scrumptious!
Or why not try our venison and cranberry? (A favorite at the Harlequins Stoop!) Using 80% venison to 20% pork, to ensure the right consistency and flavour, we add a few cranberries and a dash of seasoning to give you a delicious alternative to pork.
We also make super tasty pork, apple and cider sausages called the brizzle! The apple compliments the pork and adds a slightly sweeter dimension.
We love making sausages at the Jolly Hog, so if you have a special request for type or flavour of sausage please let us know! (minimum order required)
