The Jolly Hog and Sausage Fascinating Fact of the Week!

Did you know there are more than 470 recipes and flavours for sausages in Britain? If you take into account all the different variations from butchers across the country this means you could eat a different British sausage every day for 10 years


The Jolly Hog and Sausage is famous for three flavours of lovingly home made sausages; pork and leek, pork and apple and amazing venison
